As a true Viking, shipping is everything. With our longships we sail out to deliver the product to you. Of course, one might have a question about, for example, shipping.
On a more serious note: In this FAQ section, we answer the most common questions we get from our customers regarding their order. Please find these questions answered below.
Firstly. Please take note of the following:
- Due to our high amount of visitors and orders, delivery time may take up to 2 weeks. We do our utmost best to deliver your order in time.
- If your order comes in after buying more then one item, it might happen that your order comes in separate packages. If this is the case, do not worry! Often, an order is being shipped in separate packages because we have multiple suppliers around the world delivering as soon as possible to Vikings.
- If the shipping happens separately, you will get a tracking code upon availability per item that you have bought.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.
How long will my order take to deliver?
For the US citizens, your order will take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. Worldwide the shipping varies between 10 to 30 days in Europe, outside Europe often 20 to 40 days but it could be up to 60 days in rare cases. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days business days of ordering.
What are my payment options?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer one FREE standard shipping option for American citizens. We ship for only 4.95$ per item (if you order more items we charge 1$ extra) if you live outside the US.
How secure is your site?

Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order.
How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively, enter your tracking number into ‘Track your order’ on our website.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 30-day full refund policy. If you're not pleased with your item - send it back for a money-back guarantee. Returns are sent to our American location on the West Coast!!
What if I received a faulty item?
In the rare occasions if this was happened, however unlikely, we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as we hear from you.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
